Returns

Party Bonanza wants to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. There are times when events get canceled, or a return needs to be made. We’d like to make this easy and convenient for our customers, and you can help us by following the instructions below when returning or exchaning a product that you purchased online from us:

Online Returns:

  • · Please, read Party Bonanza’s return policies below
  • Next, email us sales@partybonanza.com for a Return Number. Include your name, phone number, order number, item(s) you are returning and reason for the return
  • We will e-mail you back with your Return Number
  • Items must be in their original retail packages and in new condition.
  • You must also insert your original receipt. Orders sent without a Return Number written on the OUTSIDE of the package will be refused
  • We apologize, but we cannot accept returns without all required documentation
  • Pack and tape your package securely
  • We cannot accept COD

Online Return Policies:

  • Everyday merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt
  • Seasonal merchandise can be returned or exchanged 7 days before the significant day of the Holiday as long as it is not 30 days or more from your date of purchase. For Halloween products, please read our Halloween Returns
  • Tableware (plates, cups, etc) can only be returned if they are still in their original packages and have not been opened
  • Makeup, masks and wigs are not returnable. All purchases for these items are final
  • All merchandise must be unworn, in original packages, and in new condition Headpieces cannot have been used or worn for hygienic reasons
  • Charge-sale returns will be credited back to the credit card it was charged to, or you may make an exchange
  • Internet purchases can be returned to our physical store location 1800 Brinker Road #200, Denton TX 76208
  • If an item arrives damaged, we must be notified within 48 hours
  • If the return is due to our error, we will pay for the return shipping. Otherwise, you must cover this cost

Online Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are handled much in the same way as returns. Follow the instructions above to get the item you have back to us
  • Be sure to let us know in your request for a Return Number that you would like to exchange the item you have for another. This is important, so that we can help ensure that the item you would like is in stock and available
  • Once you receive your return authorization, place an order for the item you would like to have, and we will credit you for the returned item upon receiving it
  • As always, you can call or email us if you have any unanswered questions
